When I read the large flag in the center, I agreed with you. However, then I looked at the smaller but otherwise identical flag to the left. That flag clearly says “NO MORE BULLSHIT”
I think that the “NO” is obscured on the larger flag.

You can buy those flags easily online and they have the word “No’ In front of “more BS”. I have seen several of them flying on boats.
