That reminds me of the bible explaining satan needs permission from God to tempt or cause problem(s) for a person or persons. in Book of Job and other areas of bible too. God allows such things to draw people to truth and truth of Him - similar to “red pill” truth, light bulb going on and then you cannot believe the lies anymore.

Evil usually does show us their hand, some times in small ways and unfortuantely many people don’t call it out or cut it off, but let it slidefor PC or “not my place to do anything” or other “don’t want to get involved” reasons, and it grows and festers into huge spiritual infection in people and the community and country to what we have now of indoctrination elementary, high school and college education, news media to the masses, unions, celebrities, political leaders, all power, greed, self serving evil influenced, all the various “entitled” groups believing govt owes them..., etc

Isn't it from the movie, The Matrix, which was directed and written by two transgender brothers/sisters. They specifically said The Matrix was about the Odyssey of their transgender experience, hence red pill is about transgender transitioning.
