How so? Isn’t the Dems’ key to stealing this election is state election officials declaring “not until every last vote is counted!!” for weeks on end and cars pulling up with boxes full of mail in ballots for Biden, “look what we found!!!”

It is public record who votes/requests a ballot. If people don’t request a ballot then there’s no way to claim they voted.
At this point in time, they are probably dancing in victory because the number of ballots requested is up so much, but not considering that they need to be looking at these requests as a percentage of prior elections’ total turnouts since most of their own are too scared to go to the polls.
Does that make sense?
