A 60-year-old black man has been arrested for the murder of a 19-year-old UC Berkeley student. On Monday, the Alameda County district attorney’s office filed felony charges against Berkeley resident Tony Walker for the June murder of UC Berkeley student Seth Smith.

If he’d run away during the arrest, they would have had to let him go.
I hope that Tony was a bleeding heart liberal. In that case, he was killed by someone he loved. (Insert heart imoji)
Otherwise, Tony was yet another victim of racism spurred on by the national media and lack of justice in our country. If Tony had successfully defended himself, instead of being dead, he’d probably be in jail.
Bottom line, get out of places like Berkeley before you die for it. In other places, they’re referred to as “No Go Zones”.

Tony is the perp. Seth was the victim. And bleeding heart or not (who knows), it’s tragic that a 19 year old young man minding his own business was senselessly murdered.
“My son never felt like there was anywhere in Berkeley that was unsafe to walk,” his mother, Michelle Rode-Smith, told Berkeleyside on Monday.

I often read or hear it said that blacks tell their kids about walking while being black—well, I’m telling whites, maybe we need to have that talk with white kids.
Walker, a felon on probation who lived within a few hundred feet of where the homicide happened, at Dwight Way and Valley Street, was prohibited from having guns or ammunition because of his criminal record,' Berkeleyside reports.
How did that prohibition work out?
Walker’s criminal record spans decades and includes assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.
The parole board members and judges who consistently release these violent people back into Society work in the shadows and are evidently protected by the State and their puppets in the Media.
Give us the name(s) of those who paroled him, for they are just as guilty of murdering this kid as they are.

Like 99 percent of black on white murders, this will not become a national story and will remain just another Local Story Only (LSO). That has been a media strategy for over 50 years.
Most people will never ever even hear anything about any of this, and that’s by design. Now switch the races involved and everyone in the world would already know all about it.
