Yep, if they’re going to be arbitrary about it why stop at 30 days?
First they tried to overthrow Trump and now they want to corrupt the entire election process. Meanwhile the DOJ and USSC watch from the sidelines.
It’ll be more than 30 days. All the states need to cast their electoral votes by — I believe it’s Dec. 14th. So the Federal courts will probably allow counting until the constitutional deadline.
They'll ask for as many days as it takes until Biden is ahead, and then they'll ask to stop counting.
I fear John Roberts will be deciding the outcome of this election.
