Anyone who has their car or other property damaged or destroyed, or has been threatened/hurt in any way (even if just frightened) needs to start or join in a class-action lawsuit against BLM/Antifa and those who are bankrolling them.
There have to be smart lawyers out there who can get this rolling. Hit them in their pocketbooks hard!

Class Action is too passive and only enriches lawyers.

Rule 303 can be enforced by 556 or 762.
If someone threatens to kill you, one has react to the threat...
