I would think the insurance companies could refuse to cover because the FBI agents intentionally and knowingly broke the law. The insurance companies could probably sue the FBI agents for fraud.

Really damning and worth the read. Top brass in FBI and SCO were out to get Flynn. Barnett says FBI agents assigned to SC were there to rubber stamp what the attorneys wanted. Jean Rhee was the one after Flynn.
