This video should just about do it for Quid Pro Joe, along with everything else that has emerged.
This guy has the most bizarre and crass comedic sense in known history. He is just plain weird, and most likely demented even at this time. Even when he was in his “right mind” he was a creep...likely a psychopath. At least now he’s deep in dementia, because he’d be even worse in any position of real responsibility if his mind was working. What a freak.

I could barely understand anything Joe was saying in that video. Somebody claimed it was at the 1:52 mark - but I couldn’t understand what he said.
The guy to his left (ram-rod straight) behind him kept giving him the eyeball numerous times.
Joe’s recent videos are terrible. The sound quality is terrible, and then he’s got that stupid mask on.
Stupidbastardjoe (along with the Demonicrats and the enemydia) needs to be mocked and ridiculed every day, especially when he sticks his traitorous head out of the basement. The Biden crime family need to be indicted.
My hearing sucks, so can someone verify that’s what he really says. To me it’s so muddled that it sounds like Charlie Brown’s teacher.

It’s called projection. It is one of the many symptoms of liberal insanity. There is no way their rotted out insane minds can fathom the idea of taking responsibility for their own actions. It’s like the truth...they just can’t handle it.

Biden has one of the worst public speaking voices I’ve heard in a long time. I think you have to go all the way back to LBJ to find someone even close to Biden bad.
It’s made worse when Biden lurches into insult mode, which he seems to do a lot. These are not witty insults, like Pres. Trump talking to the press corp after the Dem convention and calling it “your convention”. These are lead-filled insults that can only turn off the audience.
The joke wasn’t funny and and it was in very poor taste.
Don’t bother to argue with these people. They clearly are not in the mode of actually evaluating a video clip. They just want to mock the opposition and believe that by turning FR into an echo chamber they are accomplishing something important.
I was similarly abused last week when I pointed out that a made up Joe Biden meme was not only in bad taste, since it employed a 1960’s picture of a Vietnamese child running from napalm, but it was also totally unnecessary since actual pictures of Biden touching children were far more damaging to him. Most of these folks preferred the false meme to the truth. It sometimes gets sad in this forum.
