Lol. Funny. FREEPERS were screaming to get these places opened up. Things changed in the last few years. I couldn’t believe the support for government schools around here. It used to be homeschool support but that has fallen hard at FR for some reason.

This teacher sent a message to all his students that disrespecting authority is something to be praised. It’s no wonder kids don’t respect their teachers when the teachers teach their children not to respect their parents, the police, their elders and the president of the United States.
The lesson that was taught was not that the teacher didn’t like Trump, but that the President of the United States, the highest office in the World, is not worthy of respect. If the president deserves no respect, then why should the students give this clown any respect? Who the Hell is he?

Good point. Unfortunately, many of them just aren’t that smart. I know they say “if you want better pay them more” - ok, but that also means getting rid of all the existing teachers.

All but the public schools that my children attend, though. That’s because we CONTROL the teachers and would never allow any Trump-hating teachers to work there - we’d have them removed the next day. Besides, the schools are free, which means a bigger house for me, and hopefully a boat in the future.
(hopefully you guys get the dripping sarcasm of my imitation of the rationalization of a typical ‘conservative’ who STILL sends their kids to public school)
