A new poll released by NBC claims it found that Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden is leading President Donald Trump by a whopping 14 points.
According to NBC News, this is a post-debate poll that has the calm and cool Biden pulling ahead of that dastardly, bloviating Trump for his biggest lead since July:
Biden is now ahead of Trump by 14 points among registered voters, 53 percent to 39 percent — up from his 8-point lead in the previous poll, before the debate.
The 14-point advantage represents Biden’s largest lead in the NBC News/WSJ poll during the entire campaign; his previous high was 11 points in July.
Left out of this article was the fact that they greatly oversampled Democrats in this poll with a nine-point difference, including independents who lean one way or another, but judging by the nature of the polling, it wouldn’t surprise me to learn that they garnered the information from areas that are bluer than Violet Beauregarde post-Wonka factory visit.
This information is left out of almost every report on the poll from other news sites that I came across as well.
The poll is hot garbage and NBC knows it. It’s likely that many of the outlets reporting on it know it too, but they’re going to report this “good news” regardless.
If I polled people outside of a cat convention about whether they preferred cats or dogs, it’s likely that I’m going to come across far more cat people than dog people. I cannot then take the results and declare that all of America likes cats more than our K-9 companions. It’s a lopsided poll that effectively puts dog lovers in a position to be underrepresented.
That’s exactly what NBC did, and I can’t help but think it was on purpose.
Judging by what I’ve seen in the media and political circles by Democrats as of late, this poll’s usefulness will come in handy after the election, not during.
As Hillary Clinton said not long ago, Biden should not concede the election under any circumstances. Judging by the political kerfuffle surrounding the supposed attacks by Trump on our post office while they simultaneously push the easily fraudulent vote-by-mail tactic, it’s not hard to see that they’re setting up to do exactly what Clinton suggested.
Rejecting the election results at all costs can’t just happen in a vacuum. There needs to be “evidence” that Trump’s reelection was illegitimate. With the “attack” on the post-office making it seem like Trump interfered with the vote-by-mail process we have the “how.” Now, with this NBC poll, Democrats have the “why.”
They can now say Biden was so popular and that Trump winning doesn’t make any sense unless he cheated.
Normally, I would say this seems a bit on the tinfoil hat side of things but the fact that Democrats are openly cheering on the idea of rejecting the decision made by the American people makes this idea entirely plausible, if not probable. Democrats have been trying every dirty trick in the book to get Trump out, and purposefully oversampling Democrats in a poll to make it seem like Biden is far more popular than he actually is well-within bounds for the left.
We may see even more polls from various networks doing the same thing in the coming days. You’re going to see a lot of claims that Biden is wildly more popular than Trump with every poll having sampled Democrats by a much larger margin than Republicans. You’ll see it begin the development of a narrative that, once Trump wins, will be the central point of the Democrats’ rejection of the election results.

I completely disregard anything coming out of nbc. They have zero credibility.
Any poll should be suspect. Any media poll should be ignored.
Fraud - cheat - that’s the only way they could even possibly win.
Just like when it was Hillary.
Polls are designed to Shape opinion, NOT reflect it. and they Always have been!
Here in Texas there are ten times more Biden signs than there were Hillary signs in 2016.

The thing is, is that it's so patently obvious. Steponallofus was hilarious trying to walk through this Narrative with some nimrod on Sunday, "It's too far back to come back, isn't it." but with his I'm-The-Son-Of-A-Devout-Greek-Orthodox-Cantor-I-Shouldn't-Be-Doing-This voice.
Furthermore, it's bad juju on the part of the MSM to pick +14 for a couple of reasons - it matches Hillary's biggest fake (and identical 'registered voters' lol) lead at about the same time (only a month after she fell into the Scooby Van) when the MSM articles started talking about flipping AZ (shazam) and a Democrat Senate (shazam).
But worse for the Democrats, it also matches the June +14 lead from a laughably-bad, self-selecting internet poll, which was quickly hustled into matching numbers from NYT/Siena and others.
What makes it untenable is that Jo O'Malley-Dillon is simply running the 2016 playbook so as to pump the billion dollars through the Democrat machine. It's all grift. Every single nickel. There are people that would literally have to work for a living if we returned to 1984 and legitimate presidential polling work.
I say again, if I were Trump, I would have suspended habeus corpus before Impeachment and that would have been the end of it. Just be done with it. The shock will wear off after a day, and if the protective custody list features names like Rubin and Acosta and Wilson, people will cheer. Especially Mr. Rubin.
And what is your interpretation of what that means?
The statement by itself doesn’t mean a whole lot.
We have to assume that you counted hillary signs and if you counted 50 that means you so far have counted 500 biden signs.
Is that what you did?

Here in Northern California there are far fewer Biden signs than there were Hillary signs. Also, I have not seen one Biden bumper sticker. Nearly half the cars still have Obama and Hillary stickers.
Does this mean that Bden is so far ahead that Dems don’t need to bother voting.
They are setting up to claim Putin ‘stole’ the election again. The up in the courts until after No. 20, 2021.
Sometimes I wonder if the mood people are in when they log on affects their posts.
If you’re in a bad mood and want to drag everyone else down, you’ll say there’s 10 times more biden signs.
Well that would mean that you counted hillary signs last time and counted biden signs and the math works out to 1,000 percent more biden signs.
That’s a lot of effort put in.
Either that or it’s just a wildly absurd statement by someone in a bad mood.
And I think Austin would have had a lot of hillary signs up, just as many as biden signs there now.
Here in northern CT we have the same number of Biden signs as we had Hillary signs (same houses, too).
What is different is there are now a lot of Trump signs that were not there four years ago.
If an alien visited my rural town they would think it was named “Trump”. :-)
Rush covered this garbage poll on his show today. Not only did they greatly oversample dems but, they polled only an 800 person sample which is much less than the typical 1200 voter sample and they polled Registered Voters and not Likely Voters which is, according to Rush, never done this close to a Presidential Election.
IE, it is a poll designed to get the desired result so the Media can make a big deal about it. Propaganda.
