I’m telling ya black men made the difference in PA and MI last time..

They “only” went 78 percent for hillary.

I know that sounds crazy but if they had gone the 96 percent that black women did, I think he loses a few of the states he won.

If black men go 30 percent?

Game over.

If he gets 10 percent black women, that’s huge.

People forget, and I remind them :), that the fed govt is in many cases a black woman’s baby daddy and husband.

That’s the only support she gets.

So they vote dem because dems promise the world.

But I think maybe some have caught on and 10 percent black women and 30 percent black men...game over

In 2016 I worked in an office with majority black women. There was very little talk about the election, almost as if it wasn’t happening. I remember how excited they were to vote for Obama.

It’s interesting that people focus so much on “the black vote” as if that’s as important as the Latino vote. Blacks are just 13% of the population while Latinos are at least 18% of the population.

Not only will Trump get a larger percentage of black votes in 2020 than 2016, but he’ll get a larger percentage of Latino votes.

In 2016, MSM had effectively branded Trump as an anti-Latino build-the-wall racist. In 2020, the Latinos get it about Trump. I’ve talked to many Latinos who support building a wall built because they don’t want cheap labor competition for their jobs.

Trump should address the Latinos on this very subject that BUILDING A WALL PROTECTS HISPANIC AMERICAN JOBS BIGTIME!

For years, we have had to endure the "demographics is destiny" narrative from the pessimists on our side. Most conservatives who have uttered those words over the past decade or so resigned themselves to defeat, telling us to cherish the last few years of conservatives even having a chance to win elections for the foreseeable future. The underlying assumption was that minorities (non-whites) would always vote Democrat.

I always got annoyed at that line of defeatist thinking and that we should cede those minority groups to the liberals forever and ever. I've been saying for years that minority groups such as Blacks, Hispanics and Jews would be receptive to conservative messages. All we had to do was go after them with some positive messaging and we would bring many of them into the conservative (GOP) tent.

President Trump has shown that this is the approach to take and this is going to drive him to a solid victory for a second term in just three weeks.

Hopefully Republicans of the future smarten up and are able to sustain and even improve upon the coalition that Trump is building.

That’s why I think that Trump is the only one who has the potential to reverse the trend of black voters. Because unlike other politicians, he doesn’t pander; he appeals to their self-respect.

If he won a big percentage of the Latino vote in California things in that state could get interesting.
Speaking with my latino friends, many of them really like Trump. Not just his policies, but his bravado and willingness to fight.
