Because the state inspectors could close any nursing home daring to tell the truth.
No doubt they were afraid that they would lose their licenses.
I personally think doctors killed more patients because they can’t perform outside dia/procedure code reimbursement and malpractice. They resperated and mudered thousands of people. Old folks murdered to keep hospitals empty. It is a terrible bunch of people now hiding behind “ number of cases”
