No matter what the law says, they claimed “emergency powers” and have operated outside the law continuously since the lockdown. They have done so in dozens of ways.
Anyone with the sense enough to pour piss out of a boot with the instructions on the heel should have refused to send covid positive patients to nursing homes.

It’s real simple. Quarantine is when you restrict the movement of sick people.
Tyranny is when you restrict the movement of healthy people.
Stupidity is when you cannot tell the difference.*
