Cuomo also allowed confirmed positive staffers to continue reporting to work for months.

Gov. Cuomo admits he was wrong to order nursing homes to accept coronavirus patients
According to Cuomo's Health Chief, Howard Zucker’s order, nursing homes could not test any admissions from the hospital for the virus.
Zucker also ordered EMT's not to attempt to revive anyone without a pulse when they arrive on a scene during the coronavirus pandemic. Once the New York Post published a story about it, the order was rescinded.
The bottom line is that Cuomo had the Javits Center, two other field hospitals built specifically for the pandemic, as well as the USNS Comfort, all which treated only a handful of patients. The deaths were completely avoidable, but this bastard and Zucker will probably never be held accountable.
