This didn’t make any headlines. The ring leader in the plot to kidnap wretched Governor Gretchen Whitmer was an FBI informant. He was planted into the group and was the one who pushed the entire plan.
Meanwhile, Hunter Biden’s laptop filled with criminal drug, sex and million dollar criminal dealings sits on a shelf at the FBI collecting dust — if they haven’t destroyed it already.

Wray and Barr need to arrest each other on charges of corruption, malfeasance, misfeasance, and nonfeasance.
This is so typical. Remember sometime after the OK City bombing the FBI and ATF arrested 19 militiamen in Nevada and accused them of plotting to bome a federal building. At their trial some videos were played whih showed that the only one in the group who was insisting on bombing the federal building was a government agent who had taped all the meetings. Every time he suggested the bombing all the others would say no, but he insisted. Finally, after weeks of meetings, they gave in and let him play a video about bomb making etc. In the end, the judge dismissed all charges against 18 of the men and found 1 man guilty of some minor firearms violation for which he received a fine.
Then there was a case in Georgia were a guy called the police and said his neighbor had a garage full of pipe bombs. The polie with bomb squad raided the garage, and hauled away hundreds of pipe bombs. The FBI stepped in and put an end to the investigation and got the bomb maker out of jail. It turned out that he was a government agent who was trying to sell pipe bombs to “militia groups”.
It’s almost like were back in the Clinton administration with this fake kidnapping plot.
The kidnappers? Or the FBI?

Remember the “draw Mohammed” rally had an agent from the FBI pushing those guys to shoot Gellar and others. Of course, Oklahoma City. They supplied McVeigh and then blamed right wing radio.
So their defense is stupidity? Apparently the FBI tricked them into committing a crime. How dumb do you have to be in order to get caught in that trap?

Essentially the FBI created a red flag event for political purposes using susceptible miscreants. Shades of Ruby Ridge. Promote illegal activity, then arrest the people incited by the sting.
If you need a crime where there isn’t one, just call the friendly folks at the FBI.

Wray and Barr are either totally inept and completely incompetent bureaucrats OR they are corrupt partisans who are OK with their agencies being politically weaponized against a duly elected president. Or perhaps its both. Whatever, Trump needs to remove them ASAP.
