Actually, the Trump campaign is far ahead of polling projections and 2016 on voting to date....this is just icing on the cake...
Not necessarily...all it takes is one more vote than the other guy to win the state and take all electoral votes. Trump won some battleground states by less than 100K votes last time...tens of millions of people have not voted yet and will not vote until election day.
