Maybe a hairless cat? Depends if he’s allergic to the cat, or the dander on a cat. Try to avoid black leopards though. They can be dangerous and you need a permit. And they have hair.

Two of my friends + one of their husbands are severely allergic to cats. They have come and stayed with me and none of them had any reactions - usually they have red eyes, runny nose, sneezing and hives but were all shocked when nothing happened.

I have one rag doll cat and a feral/now tame long haired tabby.
