This is a very long interview but it so incredibly powerful that I have watched it through at least twice. I was struck by the amount if brain washing that these people live with daily, there is no word for dissident or rebel since all of your life is consumed with surviving. I've seen another article on here that painted her of critical of President Trump for meeting with little kim, but if you listen to her she applauds his efforts but hates that it gave the regime further propaganda. She is very distrustful of Hillary and Pelosi. I found the question and answer at the 40.12 mark to be the most remarkable. Miss Parks explains how being free is very painful when you have never had to make a decision of even what to wear or what to eat.

Your last observation is analogous to the liberal brainwashing here. Making people afraid of freedom and all that independence and getting ahead stuff.
Much easier to get your check in the mail and buy some legal heroin.

Making people afraid of freedom and all that independence and getting ahead stuff. That's exactly what occured to me. Miss Parks goes on to tell how if she knew she wouldn't be killed and would have enough to eat she would gladly have gone back to North Korea because all the decisions were already made for her. She says it takes a very brave person to be free.

Is it any wonder the U.S. becomes less free with every passing day?
