Votes are all on paper. Impound them and recount, checking each one is valid of course.
Not doubting this, but if so, why is this not being investigated? Depositions should be taken from this woman, the man and other poll workers (probably wouldn’t hurt to put them in the WPP for a bit either). Counting should cease until the legitimacy of some of these ballots is verified.
