Nevada GOP Sends ‘At Least 3,062 Instances Of Voter Fraud’ To Attorney General William Barr
Red State ^ | 11/06/2020 | Jeff Charles

As the battle for the White House continues, Republicans and Democrats continue to insist that their chose candidate won the election. Republicans are claiming that former Vice President Joe Biden’s lead is due to rampant voter fraud and both sides are locked in multiple legal battles in various states. On Thursday, the Nevada Republican Party announced that its lawyers sent a criminal referral to Attorney General William Barr alleging that at least 3,062 cases of voter fraud have been committed in the state.

“We expect that number to grow substantially,” the Nevada GOP wrote on Twitter Thursday evening. “Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”

Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud. We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.

— Nevada GOP (@NVGOP) November 6, 2020

The referral came right after President Trump’s campaign announced that it was filing a lawsuit in the state over thousands of ballots that it claims were cast by voters no longer residing in Nevada. The attorneys sent Barr over 60 pages of voter records that they claim to have cross-referenced with the National Change of Address database.

In a letter sent to the attorney general, they wrote, “We write to bring to your attention criminal voter fraud in the State of Nevada in the 2020 general election. Specifically, we have initially identified 3,062 individuals who appear to have improperly cast mail ballots in the election.” they also stated that they expect the number to “grow substantially.”

They added, “Voter fraud is a serious federal felony, one that cuts to the heart of representative democracy. We understand that these are serious allegations and we do not make them lightly.”

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Nevada chimed in on the matter, noting that voters do not lose their eligibility if they leave the state temporarily. “The ACLU of Nevada is watching to be sure this election remains fair and we are prepared to fight if any serious cases are filed,” staff attorney Nikki Levy said in a statement posted on Twitter. However, it is not known whether or not these cases referred to people who left the state temporarily or permanently.

Richard Grenell, former acting director of national intelligence stated that “if you haven’t been in the state for 30 days it is illegal to vote … we are filing this lawsuit to protect legal voters.”

Trump was lagging behind former Vice President Joe Biden in Nevada as of early Friday morning by 11,400 votes with 84% of the ballots counted.

This is just one instance where the Trump campaign is challenging the results of the elections in battleground states. They are doing the same in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. Biden’s legal team is also pushing back against the lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign.

Republicans have pointed to numerous examples of what they claim is proof of widespread voter fraud. However, so far, they have not yet shown that these instances are influencing the election. However, most of these cases will go to court; in fact, it is possible that the Supreme Court might have to sort this out. If Trump’s team can provide irrefutable evidence that voter fraud is swinging the election toward Biden, the president might have a chance to secure re-election.

As the battle goes on, the nation is kept wondering how this election will turn out. Unfortunately, since states like Arizona and others have not yet finished counting their votes and litigation is pending, it is unlikely that we will know the answer anytime soon.

“Mostly legitimate” has become the new “mostly peaceful.”

And President Trump better kick him in his bagpipe ass.

I would give him 72 hours to start making arrests or fire him and let the interim get the next 72 hours.

Oh, Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling,
From glen to glen and down the mountain side;
The summer’s gone, and all the roses falling;
It’s you, it’s you must go, and I must bide.

But come ye back when summer’s in the meadow,
Or when the valley’s hushed and white with snow;
I’ll be here in sunshine or in shadow;
Danny boy, Oh Danny boy, I love you so.

But if you come and all the flowers are dying,
If I am dead, as dead I well may be.
You’ll come and find the place where I am lying,
And kneel and say an “Ave” there for me.

Part of this whole problem is that nobody who has done criminal activity is prosecuted. They are all free. Justice turns a blind eye to all the injustice. Comey, Clinton and crew sit back and laugh over breaking of the law — leaking and admission of leaking means nothing to them or to A G Barr. As well, Durham isn’t doing anything either. I heard he is letting the investigation go. So the upshot of Justice turning a blind eye toward injustice is to allow the Democrats to hatch the biggest fraud in human history. Biden didn’t have to campaign at all this election. Why? Because the fix was in. The corrupt pollsters and media were all in on the fraud, in on exaggerating the polls for a blue wave. And then... nothing happened... nothing except the biggest FRAUD Kahuna that ever washed across American shores. A monster wave of FRAUD. For example, tidal waves of phony ballots — 138,000 all for Biden showed up in Milwaukee while Americans were sleeping. And that is only one example. The democrats are so BRAZEN and ARROGANT because nobody will get prosecuted and convicted. The DOJ doesn’t send the FBI or Marshalls or anybody to enforce judges decision to allow observers, who were kicked out of counting centers, to return. So what happens? Nothing but more corruption. That’s the whole problem! Because nobody gets prosecuted and convicted the corruption will increase tenfold. Trump has to get tough. But does he have time? Does he have it in him? Will he retain office to get tough? If he does, he has to fire Barr, Wray and all the other deadwood. This house cleaning also has to have charges leveled and bring convictions against all the political people who were in on the coup and are now laughing at the injustice. That means the Clintons. Even though Trump will be accused of really being Hitler he has to find people on his side that want and support real change. Otherwise, nothing will change: the law will still have no teeth and many young people will be turned off of politics because of the lack of political courage and will. Trump is the LAW AND ORDER president and he has to get extremely tough, he has to go Medieval. That means making examples of justice for people not to lose their faith in the system. Trump will not have a movement if he can’t find simple justice for the American people. There won’t be a rebirth of the Republican party if justice is not met out and served. Not only that the Democrats will never let the Republicans win another election. If they take this election there is no going back to normal. If they get away with it now they will continue to cheat in 2024 and beyond.

There is a problem with this issue that I don't think has been considered. I would expect that certain highly-paid people work full-time in other states, but maintain their residence in Nevada in order to take advantage of the zero-percent tax on income in the Silver State.

There is the issue of a Nevada residence living in State but employed by, for example, a California company. I have personal knowledge of a person who was in this situation. The employer withheld money for the employee paid to the California Franchise Board. The employee, being a full-time resident of Nevada, didn't file a California tax return. When California got shirty about not refunding the withholding, the Nevada resident then asked where he was supposed to vote.

One week after that request, in writing, was sent to the California Franchise Board, the individual received two checks, in full, for the withheld funds (but no interest).

No; they’re fighting for their Uniparty side. Not uncharacteristic behavior for RINOs.

And not a damn thing will be done.

Trump needs to fire Barr before he fires Wray.

Um, this list was built off of the Change-Of-Asddress database, so these people sound like they rather permanently left.. You don't file a change-of-address form if you're going on vacation. That's a pretty hard sign that you moved your residency, which includes your eligibility to vote. A temporary move would mean you submit for a forwarding address for a certain time frame, or a mail-hold until you return. Or have your neighbor pick up your mail. Not file a CoA.

And did this person file a change-of-address to move out of Nevada? That's where this entire list comes from, is people who apparently moved out of the State, but still voted in it. Voting is based on your residency - if you go somewhere enough to move your residency, then why should you still get to vote at the old one? This list has nothing to do with cross-State income or anything like that.
