I watched that last night on youtube, but it was so hard for me to understand what the lady was saying that I gave up.
Except Laura obnoxiously stepped in her story a couple of times.
She also smacked down Lindsey Graham to a degree.

I’d bet they were mail in ballots that had been returned to sender or sent to a fraudulent address. Friendlies at USPS handed them over to Biden Harris group, who decided to fill them out and put them in the count. It would simply appear as if a registered voter (if it was even the actual voter who registered) had voted.
I’d bet a lot of the fraud begins with the registration/ ballot request process.
