I’ve flown private for 20 years.

How would anyone know you have a gun in your luggage?

How often do they search the luggage on a private plane?

Set up? Probably not. Railroaded into 10 years when a Biden supporter would get a slap on the wrist? Probably.

I would say this is ‘revenge’ just because he supported Trump, but maybe not. Who, in their right mind forgets packing a gold plated handgun in their luggage?

He’s a convicted felon whose firearm rights have been revoked.

Yep, just another in a long.... long list of people supporting Trump who the Feds have tried to put in Federal Prison.

People learn, if on Jan 22nd Trump is the President he needs to fire everyone from the Top down about 4 levels at the DOJ and FBI. Then have the replacements start investigating, charging, arresting and convicting Biden / Hillary / Obama criminals. This is the only way to clean out the Deep State!

I don’t understand how that is allowed.

Does he still have free speech?
Freedom of association?
Can they quarter soldiers in his house now?
Illegally search him?
Slow trial?
Cruel punishments?
etc...

For me, only sometimes when I came in from Canada.

(For flights within the country, I suspect that whoever wanted to search the plane would need to show up with a warrant.)

I believe it is quite legal to carry firearms in checked luggage, unless one is flying into states where possession of firearms without state permission is essentially illegal—NY & NJ come to mind. On the other hand, convicted felons are not allowed to touch, let alone possess firearms, including gold-plated birthday presents.

If its in your Luggage on a private plane, it shouldn’t be an issue.

It isn’t a crime to transport a gun in the hold of an airplane.

Unless he can’t own a gun, or pulled it out in flight, I’m not seeing a real crime here.
