(November 25, 2020, 12:18 PM EST) — A Pennsylvania judge has ordered the state to temporarily pause further action on certifying its 2020 election results until Friday, when her court will hold a hearing on a lawsuit seeking to declare all mail-in votes in the Keystone State unconstitutional.
Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia A. McCullough entered a preliminary order Wednesday granting an evidentiary hearing on a lawsuit brought by Republican Congress member Mike Kelly, candidates Sean Parnell and Wanda Logan and five additional voters, who say Pennsylvania’s October 2019 expansion of “no-excuse” mail-in voting violated the state constitution’s limits on who can cast an absentee ballot. Judge McCullough’s order said the state, which certified its election results for President-elect Joe Biden on Tuesday, should halt any further steps toward finalizing the results or revising its vote count.
“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election … for the offices of president and vice president of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday, November 27, 2020,” the judge’s order said. “Inasmuch as respondents, based on their press release and briefs, have not undertaken certification of any of the other results of the election, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from certifying the remaining results of the election, pending the evidentiary hearing.”

While the no-excuse order is illegal.. I don’t see how any judge is going to throw out all mail in ballots and there is no way to know which ballot went to which person once they are removed from the envelop.. so you cannot segregate the mail in ballots that had no excuse to be mail in vs the ones that did...
So only remedy would be to declare the entire election invalid.
The PA Supreme Court will Never to there... left wing stacked.. so even if this judge declares the election invalid the PA supremes will overturn.
Only a federal case will clean up the PA fraud... the PA supremes, just like the FL supremes back in 2000 will carry the line for the Democrats regardless of the law.
Exactly correct. This is how the Trump Team should have handled matters by focusing on the law, and not so much on the fraud.
If PA mail in ballots did not follow the PA constitution and are declared void, then the legislature’s regulations on no-excuse mail in ballots will have an impact of the federal constitution’s mandate that only the state legislature is authorized to regulate the “manner” of choosing its electors. And if the “manner” chosen is unlawful, then an appeal may arguably be made to the US SC claiming all mail in ballot except those mail-in ballots with legitimate excuse be thrown out. Although before that, the judge’s order may have to be expedited to the PA SC where 5 of the 7 judges (Democratic appointees have consistently ruled against Trump.)
Would be nice if they would quote the relevant part of the PA Constitution.

The reading of this order....he’s not talking just the Presidential race, he’s saying ALL races in the state (House members too).
If this holds...it’s a major mess because it’ll be mid-January before they could run another election for the House.
Imagine this being done in four to six additional states. It’ll be a mess taking 3 months to straighten out.
So it would seem at least with regard to the presidential election, this would be the cue for the PA legislators to select the electors.

What I am telling you is the PA supremes will never not carry water for the Dems.. I don’t care what the evidence is or the law says.
They have already upheld complete violation of the law by declaring they must take late ballots...
Only remedy in PA will have to be from the Fed.
Can they do an uncertification?
Since they already declared Joe the winner doesn't this order prohibit them from changing that? Looks like it says no further certification could occur. Doesn't set aside previous certification does it? I m confused.
