Assuming the White Hat recorded the traffic, this would be evidence:

The IP and MAC address is not encrypted only the data is encrypted if they use a secure connection.

They can look at the IP address in the packet to see if it belongs to a known Dominion client or Server machine.

If not the IP address they can look for a MAC address in the frame. Each network card contains a unique MAC address.

It is safe to assume he didn't record the traffic because: 1: it is hard to do, 2: it is probably illegal depending on the network he would have needed to spy on, 3: he would have shared this bombshell evidence instead of the half-baked nonsense powerpoint slide.

Also, MAC address is not transmitted past the local network, so to have that information he would have needed to be in the room the voting machine at the time of the supposed contact, which apparently didn't happen.
