If a voting machine network is connected to the Internet, its votes are compromised PERIOD ! It seems so obvious to me that’s the case, but who knows what the legally trained mind will obfuscate the obvious to.
ESPECIALLY if the representation is that they're NOT connected to the Internet.
You don't install firewalls or anti-virus software on "air-gapped machines", because they don't need it.
Meaning they would be WIDE OPEN.
