It is becoming clear that legislatures don’t want anything to do with correcting fraud. Kick the can down the road to SCOTUS I guess.

I can kill with absolute certainty to 500 hundred yards. Past 500 yards needs a superior scope of which I do not have. My weapon will do a mile. I do not wish to buy a scope that is worth more than my weapon thus 500 yards is a kill shot. I pray I never pull that trigger. If necessary I will.
