USC and former Harvard statistician determines that the possibility of Joe Biden winning the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin were basically statistically impossible.

In the brief submitted to the Supreme Court, Texas includes a declaration from Pacific Economics Group member and USC economics professor, Charles J. Cicchetti, Ph.D.
Dr. Cicchetti is the former Deputy Director at the Energy and Environmental Policy Center at Harvard University’s John Kennedy School of Government and received his Ph.D. in economics from Rutgers University.
According to Dr. Cicchetti, his calculations show the probability of Joe Biden winning the popular vote in the four states independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion.
Dr. Cicchetti’s analysis calculates that for Joe Biden to win all four states collectively, the odds of that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (1 in 1 1,000,000,000,000,0004).
This analysis by a world respected statistician is shocking and it agrees with what we previously reported. The results of the election in these states and others were basically impossible:

Betcha he wouldn't put his retirement on the line with those kind of odds.
And the first time in election history these same states claimed to shut down counting for the night. Something only done in banana republics! And the election was stolen in the we hours of the night!
Technically, they would just be overturning the MSM call of the election. I know that’s the same thing, in the view of many Democrats. :)

Unfortunately, showing that something could have happened is not the same as showing that someone actually did it.

I’m certain that the MSM is counting on exactly that - they have pushed the whole “Hidey Ho were elected” nonsense because they are trying to intimidate those who have the power to change it, into shrugging and letting it go, to “keep the peace”.
The truth, though, is that the ones who cooked up this scheme (MSM/Big Tech/NeverTrumpers) are the ones who ***actually*** “overturned the election”, and allowing the fraudulent results to stand will infuriate, at a minimum, the 75+ million people who voted for Trump - but removing the fraudulent results will not only calm and mollify those 75 million, but also serve notice to any future cheaters that they won’t get away with stealing elections, give all 360 million Americans faith in our elections, make states more inclined to clean up their election processes and security, and secure the supremacy of the Constitution.
The only ones who would be disappointed, in the case of the SC and state legislatures setting the results right, will be the MSM, the deep state swamp denizens, the radical left, and our foreign adversaries (China and Iran being tops on that list) - and NONE of their disappointments should matter, since none of them care about the future of America, and all of them know the election was fraudulent.
Therefore, the only action that is Constitutional, just, and right, is to either toss those states’ electors or direct those states’ legislatures to choose the slate that they know represents the true will of their own voters - an obvious choice given that all of the (rampant, overwhelming) fraudulent incidents were in the favor of just one candidate.
Here’s hoping and fervently praying that there are at least 5 men and women of great courage and honesty, who are more interested in upholding and defending the Constitution than in kowtowing to the DC Swamp and the feckless media.

Levels of probability are evidence; and there is a “beyond a reasonable doubt” level among those levels of probability.
Though odd-ball, or rare, or less likely, events can occur and some do occur, there remain preponderance levels of probability.
Such, are used every day, in order to support the use of medications, and are a major part of pharmacological research.
They are used to prove the worth-while-ness of many production processes.
They are used to prove what rises to the level of “fire proof.”
They are used to establish reliability levels of many products.
One in quadrillion chance it was fraud. MSM: “No significant chance that the election was fraud.”
Covid-19 Vaccine has sever adverse reactions in one of 5,000 people. MSM: “Authorities say the vaccine is completely safe.”
