The states have their marching orders. They will certify. So far, no one has figured out a face saving stance on how to CYA and get out of this. This election stuff is so compartmentalized no individual thinks they can be blamed.

I saw a really good comment. What if the other states were preventing blacks from voting? What would have SCOTUS done then - say it’s none of TX business?
