"When this lawsuit first got filed, it looked like Trump had a good chance of winning a second term in office, which would have given him the opportunity to see this policy all the way through to its conclusion..."

Obama’s goal was to “fundamentally transform America”. He couldn’t get it done in 8 years, but he had set the table and Hillary was supposed to serve the “meal”.

The Dem’s cheating in 2016 fell short, so they determined to throw everything they had it it for 2020. For those of you who think they will pay in 2022, I ask, do you really think we’ll get another chance at an honest election?

The next 4 years, and really the next 2, are going to move fast. Heads will be spinning, and some will be rolling.

Almost exactly corresponds to the estimated 300K votes reported in Philadelphia around 3:30 am

With all the evidence you cited, even a child could understand there was fraud on a huge scale in the election. The only problem is no one who matters will use the evidence to make a decision that would invalidate the elections where the fraud occurred. It has become a “Catch-22.” And the DemonKKKrats know it and are laughing hysterically, rolling around on the ground!

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 on Friday to dismiss a challenge to the Trump administration’s exclusion of undocumented immigrants from the U.S. census, the once-per-decade population count used to allocate House seats among the states.

The decision broke along ideological lines, with the court’s six conservative justices finding that the lawsuit brought by nearly two dozen states was premature. The court’s three more liberal members dissented.

“Pesident”. There’s a good unintentional neologism.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 on Friday to dismiss a challenge to the Trump administration’s exclusion of undocumented immigrants from the U.S. census, the once-per-decade population count used to allocate House seats among the states.

It should not be viewed as much of a victory.

https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/20pdf/20-366_7647.pdf

Trump et al v. New York et al, Scotus 20-366 (18 Dec 2020), 592 U.S. ___ (2020)

Per curiam Opinion of the Court at 6-7:

At the end of the day, the standing and ripeness inquiries both lead to the conclusion that judicial resolution of this dispute is premature. Consistent with our determination that standing has not been shown and that the case is not ripe, we express no view on the merits of the constitutional and related statutory claims presented. We hold only that they are not suitable for adjudication at this time.

The judgment of the District Court is vacated, and the case is remanded with instructions to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.

It is so ordered.

The Opinion only decided that the issue was premature to decide.

However, a bit of a money shot is found at pp. 5-6, as far as what the Court may do when it finds the issue ripe to decide:

Everyone agrees by now that the Government cannot feasibly implement the memorandum by excluding the estimated 10.5 million aliens without lawful status. Tr. of Oral Arg. 20, 63–64. Yet the only evidence speaking to the predicted change in apportionment unrealistically assumes that the President will exclude the entire undocumented population. App. 344, Decl. of Christopher Warshaw ¶11. Nothing in the record addresses the consequences of a partial implementation of the memorandum, much less supports the dissent’s speculation that excluding aliens in ICE detention will impact interstate apportionment. Post, at 5–6, 9 (opinion of BREYER, J.); see Reply Brief 6.

It. Doesn’t. Matter.

Biden has zero chance of becoming president. 12th Amendment folks. Bust that puppy out and read it.

Wait. Wait.
If Trump couldn’t reverse an Obama executive order, how could Biden reverse a Trump executive order?

Your scenario requires both houses of Congress to vote to overturn the election in whatever state(s) are challenged. The Democratic House majority won’t do it. And it’s pretty safe bet that McConnell won’t allow the Republicans in the Senate to do it either.

Actually, when EVs are counted on Jan. 6, any disputed EVs will be voted on separately by the House and the Senate, with each House Rep and Senator getting one vote. So the Democrat-controlled House will accept Biden EVs and reject Trump EVs. The Senate will do the opposite. Given that stalemate, the law says EVs based on the governor's election certification shall be accepted by Congress, thus the Biden ballots will be accepted and added to the EV total count. So Biden gets 306 EVs, Trump 232, and Biden wins the election. That's how I read the 12th amendment. Unless you have a different interpretation.

You expect the Dem controlled House to vote that way? They have to vote to reject the Electors first. If that were to happen then the House would vote by delegation to elect the President. The first vote is a vote of the full House.

Not going to happen.

The DELEGATION not the individual representatives vote. So each state gets ONE vote. California gets the same amount of votes as Vermont: ONE.

The GOP leads 30-20 in delegations. This election is over.

It is not the full individual House. It is by delegation. ONE vote per state. GOP has a 30-20 advantage.

False. That's incorrect. Any EV objections on Jan. 6 are voted on by EACH individual House Representative. Therefore, at the conclusion of the Jan. 6 vote count, Biden will have 306 EVs vs. Trump's 232. Biden wins.

What you're referring to is the case where neither Biden nor Trump get the necessary 270+ EVs at the conclusion of that Jan. 6 vote count. Only then would the next stage of the process occur, whereby each House state delegation gets one vote. As I just explained, it won't get to that stage. Biden wins.

Biden will not get 270 because Pence is the one counting the votes. He chooses the slate of electors to count. Then it rolls into debate, then the vote.

I suspect you are going to be very, very shocked at the events that transpire in the next month.

You didn't need to be.
