Frankly, the best option for him is to resign, appoint Pence as President, have Pence pardon him for any future indictments by the Biden AG, and then leave town to go retire in Florida.

There aren’t enough of them to make a difference. I suspect several Republican Senators will vote with the Democrats in accepting votes for Biden and the Democrats control the House.
Trump’s legal team consisted of Giuliani who caused more harm than not. Jenna was along but a young, inexperienced, lightweight. In the states, like Nevada, he had failed Never Trumper Laxalt who didn’t take the challenge seriously. I would have expected a large team of very experienced and senior attorneys. I think Trump when cheap, much like Wisconsin, recounting a couple counties instead of the whole state, to save a few million dollars but leaving himself open to claim of racism, and losing anyway. Sure, lots of 20/20 hindsight and watching from the sidelines, but I am very disappointed in his choice and approach to representation. The results, because of this, are not surprising. Sad, now we have Biden for the next four years, well, likely Harris.

Yes, make election day a national holiday, open all polling from 6 a.m. Eastern to 9 p.m. Pacific, so everyone gets equal same-day opportunity to vote. No early or late voting! Allow absentee ballots on request only and for bonafide reasons, such as deployed in the military.

Conservatives are supposed to be against judicial activism, yet they want the Supreme Court to overturn the election? We’re against an all-powerful Federal government yet some here want to enact Martial Law?
What am I missing?
It’s very interesting that in those handful of states like Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania (run by Democrat Governors), they didn’t have any of their mail-in votes counted by election day, unlike in Ohio, Texas and Florida. Why not? That is what is suspicious to me.
However, now, after the fact, without the envelopes, without the ability for signature verification and without state legislatures getting involved to challenge, there are few if any options left.
I’m confident that the Democrats will pay dearly in other ways for their shenanigans. Unfortunately, it looks like Biden is the next president.
