Conservatives are supposed to be against judicial activism, yet they want the Supreme Court to overturn the election? We’re against an all-powerful Federal government yet some here want to enact Martial Law?
What am I missing?
It’s very interesting that in those handful of states like Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania (run by Democrat Governors), they didn’t have any of their mail-in votes counted by election day, unlike in Ohio, Texas and Florida. Why not? That is what is suspicious to me.
However, now, after the fact, without the envelopes, without the ability for signature verification and without state legislatures getting involved to challenge, there are few if any options left.
I’m confident that the Democrats will pay dearly in other ways for their shenanigans. Unfortunately, it looks like Biden is the next president.
Trump’s tweet is just more misdirection. CNN reported that in the Powell meeting Trump told Flynn he would not use martial law. Now go read Trump’s actual tweet. The part where he says they knowingly printed fake news. He didnt take martial law off the table. Trump is king of the head fake.
IMO Trump leaked the story of the Powell meeting to smoke out the bad actors in the military brass and boy did that ever work. They literally ran to the press.
I believe the President missed an opportunity.
Instead of this message, he should have indicated that Martial Law will be only declared in the case of riots, regardless if they are related to the election or not.
