Staple Street owns Dominion and is a relatively small private equity company, who has not raised capital or had substantial new investors since 2014/2015 of about $200 million. But now after a rushed Delaware Corp., filing October 5, 2020, Staple notified U.S. SEC 10/08/20 they’re expecting $800 million minimum. Yet Staple Street’s website is suddenly shut down, except for the base page.
Staple Street Capital is a private equity firm founded in 2009 based in New York. The co-founders Stephen D. Owens and Hootan Yaghoobzadeh are veterans of The Carlyle Group and Cerberus Capital Management, also the Board members of Dominion Voting. The official website of Staple Street Capital has deleted the team introduction.
It is absurd and outrageous that a United States elections system is hidden inside of a NY private equity fund.

This is a very detailed article about a subject that I think is very sensitive now. People connected to a series of related companies are suddenly vanishing from websites.
Staple Street Capital is connected by some board members with the Carlyle Group.

Strange thing I noticed:
When I tried to translate this Dutch name,
Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP and Stichting Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn.
Google translate gave the english as the exact Dutch Name.
But if you translated the works inside the name it would translate in the English Equivalent.
The waters are polluted. Time for a showdown and bring them back to truth and reality....behind bars at a tiny house that is minimally furnished......

Kennard nominated as ambassador to the EU by Barack Obama in August 2009 and is a member of Secretary of State John Kerry’s Foreign Affairs Policy Board.

Wife and I are moving to my house at the farm. It is not a small house, but it is 70 years old.
I remarried 7 months ago, we both have 2 houses.
Remodel at the farm started years ago, but I’ve never completed it. This time I will finish it and sell the one in town.

This is a well done piece of research. It has been noted other places that photo’s and officer listings are vanishing from Several company websites that are related.
Although this is 1 month old, it still has more detail than others I have found.
The issue related with The Carlyle Group is a very touch subject. Some real power bureaucraps are investors. They don’t like daylight examination.
We have that same problem. Between wife and I we have four houses. The problem is the several hundred miles between them.
My heart is in the farm house which needs quite a bit of remodeling. With the children grown and just two of us, this is a bit ridiculous.
My father was a builder at heart but farmed for a living all his life. He built the best homes that were built locally for many many years. He built some large commercial buildings too.
I spent 40 years in the wholesale hardware distribution industry, with 2 privately held companies. Wore many hats.
For a 5 years span of that I planned and supervised the execution of expansions, remodels and new stores for them in an 11 state area. From a thousand sq. feet to 100,000 sq. feet buildings.
I grew up in the construction business and our farming operation (some of Dad’s land has been in the family over 130 years). I’m capable of completing remodels but for the past 10 years I have largely cared for sick and/or elederly family members. Long string.
I look forward to simplifying our life.

The links between ownership of companies involved is mind twisting. But the cross director relationships must be embarrassing because the company directories keep disappearing.
I think somewhere in this is a link to the bombing in Nashville, TN.
