Riot? Please go look at the videos. They were invited into the building by the police. They lined up in the rotunda between velvet ropes. The police moved them along while in the building. The clean-up only required picking up water bottles and the glass window that was broken. If that was a riot then Disney World is Mad Max World.

They are called agent provocateurs, and yes they could, quite easily. All they have to do is incite others in an emotionally charged setting in to doing something they would otherwise not do.

Only takes a handful as they're well trained in what they do.....they know how to rile (Actually select and use) the peaceful demonstrators......Here you have one pro jumping and the other recruited.....same with the two in the back there...

Once you're aware how they operate you can easily pick them out in a crowd.....they're behavior is always the same.
