Biden’s Most Damaging Executive Order Almost Went Unnoticed And It Effectively Gives Him Dictatorial Powers

Many warned throughout the presidential campaign that Biden would be far more extremist than he let on. Now that he’s safely in the White House, he is taking the wrappings off.

In the unprecedented flurry of President Joe Biden’s executive orders, which included the killing of thousands of American jobs and banning the term “China virus” (and which he probably didn’t read anyway), was one that was almost entirely overlooked but could easily end up having the biggest impact.

The order also seems harmless enough, going by the seemingly innocuous title “Modernizing Regulatory Review.” Except this order isn’t about modernizing regulations. It’s about unleashing the regulatory state with a ferocity never before seen in this country.

Hopefully, conservative courts can overturn the most egregious of the new "regulations".

It will be tough to keep up.

“Stolen elections have consequences.”

Along with ‘boycotting’ the Georgia Runoffs, to ‘teach the GOP a lesson’, I guess.

These Executive Orders of Biden are out of control and this multitude and manner of Biden’s Executive Orders are not what the Framers nor President Trump wanted.

I guess we could just continue to vote for the same losers that stabbed Trump in the back.

No pain, no change. Let the chips fall where they may.

There would have been only one runoff if Rathlisberger had an IQ above 50. He was outsmarted by a fat, stinky, lady with a built-in whistle.

They stole the election for the express purpose of seizing power (as totally as possible). The more power seized, the more destruction they can wreak on America. For example, in just his first week, Mr. Biden has halted our defensive border wall construction, revoked filtering out dangerous persons from IslamoNazi dictatorships or other Muslim-ruled countries, invited the PLO/PA murder gangsters back into USA including Washington DC, turned back from energy independence in favor of a renewed dependence on enemy dictator regimes like Arabia, and redirected our path back to the mass-scale baby killing abortion mill operations. And probably more I did not happen to read about. All in one week. Imho, any one of these awful things should result impeachment and removal from public office. All 5 in just his first week means we are caught in an extremely serious, dangerous situation as a nation. Prepare defenses, they’ll be needed and quickly too the way this is going.

Executive orders give the president a weird, king-like power. And that’s very much against what this nation is all about.

Anyway, I just looked it up. Evidently the only way Congress can reverse an executive order is by passing a bill prohibiting the action. And of course the president can then veto that bill. So fuggedaboutit!

Rule on, King Joe. Rule on.

Courts?
Don’t count on it. As politicized as any government branch.
Oppose an O’biden decree. We have no standing!

“are not what the Framers nor President Trump wanted.”

Liberals don’t care about the United States Constitution or the principal with which it was founded. Why can’t they just move to the Soviet Union and let us be?

While certainly true, it’s still hard to see what we accomplished by rewarding them with control of the Senate.

King Joe is only signing the bills, he has not had a real thought in years. Everyone knows it.

Those making up the Executive orders were power brokers in the Ozozo Administration and those put in place by the Globalist pukes who are financing all of this.

November 3-4, 2020 was Pearl Harbor II, committed by a number of foreign nations and globalist organizations and it was an Act of WAR.

Jan 21, 2021 · Joe Biden blocked the Keystone XL pipeline permit on his first day in office, reversing former President Trump’s revival of the pipeline.

Follow the Money:

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad ( BNSF) owns all of the rail lines in the US that connect to western Canada, and they haul 80% of the crude from Canada to the Midwest and Texas or charge other Short Line railroads a fee to used their tracks. BNSF charges $30.00 per barrel to haul the oil while the Keystone Pipeline would cost $10.00 per barrel by the State Department’s own estimates.

BNSF is owned by Berkshire Hathaway whose chairman is Warren Buffet.

In the last two election cycles, Buffet gave extensively to Democrat causes and candidates. He also bundled and hosted numerous fund raisers for Obama.

If anyone believes the Keystone Pipeline isn’t being blocked by Biden on Buffet’s behalf, I’ve got a bridge to sell you. Buffet could stand to lose $2 billion + a year if the pipeline is constructed. He makes the same amount every year that the pipeline is delayed.

CONGRATULATIONS to — JOB KILLING JOE

You read my mind. Because I was thinking the same thing. I wonder just who is pulling the strings behind the scenes. Kamala Harris? No. I think she’s just the next puppet in line. Susan Rice? George Soros? Maybe...

In the old days, hard-bitten investigative journalists would be digging into this. But this is 2021. Today’s “journalists” are much more interested in whether or not Trump ever littered when he was a kid.

Biden’s Most Damaging Executive Order Almost Went Unnoticed And It Effectively Gives Him Dictatorial Powers

by

Biden’s order – which didn’t get released to the press until late in the evening of his first day – aims to effectively toss the cost-benefit analysis that for many decades has served as at least a modest brake on the ambitions of regulators. In the past, regulations where the cost of compliance far exceeded the benefits could be stymied by the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.

Biden wants the review process instead to be “a tool to affirmatively promote regulations” and “to ensure swift and effective federal action” on everything from the pandemic, to the economy, to racial inequality, to the “undeniable reality and accelerating threat of climate change.” In other words … everything.

Clyde Wayne Crews, a regulation expert at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, said that Biden’s order is “likely to do away with cost-benefit analysis by elevating unquantifiable aims as benefits and deny costs of regulation altogether.” In doing so, it will “put weight on the scales of whether or not to regulate such that the answer will always be in the affirmative.”

The leftist Huffington Post cheered the news, calling Biden’s order “game changing” and saying “the memo could unleash a wave of stronger regulations to reduce income inequality, fight climate change and protect public health. Among left-leaning experts on regulation, it’s a signal that Biden could break with 40 years of conservative policy.”

The site quoted James Goodwin, a senior policy analyst at the Center for Progressive Reform, who said “I realize what I’m about to say to you sounds absurd. It has the potential to be the most significant action Biden took on day one.”

Biden took other actions to re-regulate the economy, including issuing an order revoking various policies President Donald Trump put in place, such as the order that regulators eliminate two regulations for every new one enacted.

One of Trump’s biggest – unsung – achievements in the White House was his effort to rein in the regulatory state. A lifelong businessman, Trump understood – in a way lifelong politicians cannot – the avalanche of regulations that fall on a business and the enormous costs they impose. One of his very first actions was the two-for-one order.

CEI’s Crews says that Trump actually exceeded that goal, with agencies getting rid of 4.3 rules for every new one.

The Trump administration’s Council of Economic Advisers calculated that the deregulatory measures taken over the past four years saved households an average of $3,100 a year. And while there’s some debate over the extent of the benefits from Trump’s efforts, the undeniable fact is that he slowed the regulatory current.

Even so, the regulatory state today imposes $1.9 trillion in costs, according to CEI. That is an enormous hidden tax on families. In fact, if our regulatory state were a country, it would be bigger than Canada’s entire economy. The idea that we are getting more than $1.9 trillion in health and safety benefits from these rules is laughable.

Unfortunately, with this one executive order, Biden shows that he’s intent on giving regulators carte blanche to impose massive new rules on businesses and households, on virtually anything and everything they do, regardless of costs. There’s little else Biden has done so far that will have as wide-ranging an impact.
