Rep. Maxine Waters claims former President Donald Trump should face premeditated murder charges for his alleged role in the Capitol riots last month.
The startling accusation came during an interview between the California Democrat and MSNBC host Joy Reid.
Waters began the segment by stating without evidence that Trump “had advance planning” of the invasion on the Capitol.
“There’s information that some of the planning came out of individuals working in his campaign,” she continued.
“As a matter of fact, he absolutely should be charged with premeditated murder because of the lives that were lost with this invasion, with this insurrection.”

1) Black

She’s immune from any charges.
The only people who planned the so called storming were the Democrats.
The DNC is a hive of scum and villainy. Also perverts, baby killers, criminals, commies and so forth.
You cannot be a prominent Democrat without having someone’s 30 pieces of silver.
Marxine should explain why she lives in a multi-million dollar mansion that isn’t even in the district she allegedly represents.
She benefits from the magnanimity of the exonerations ... the counterpoint to the seriousness of the charges that applies to non-Democrats.

Maxine Waters are Barack Obama need to be charged with premeditated murder for every death that has taken place in Los Angeles and Chicago. They must be arrested immediately!
