Texas Electric Board needs revamping!!! All members must be Texans and live there.. No environmental wackos need apply!!
I kinda agree...they need to physically live in the state, and it can’t be a condo where they show up 30 days out of the year. I’d give each one six months to find the appropriate residence and show a utility bill that they are registered there. Then I’d warn them...if you play the ‘pretend-game’ and spend six months out of the year in NY City...you will be terminated.
BS...That’s not how corporate works. One of my old attorneys had his corporate seals lined up on a shelf...all 32 of them....boards that he had sat on over the years. There’s a lot of paperwork to corporations.
