During the 2020 presidential campaign, Texas Democratic Congressman Beto O’Rourke often bellowed on how, if elected president, he wanted to take away your firearms, specifically your “military-style” AR-15 through a mandatory gun buy-back program, something unconstitutional on its face and a direct infringement of the right to keep and bear arms enshrined in the Second Amendment, During the Democratic presidential primary debate on October 15, 2019, the Congressman responded to the question of how he intended to enforce that proposed gun buyback program:
Although he hasn’t offered exact specifics on the program, he did share some additional details at the debate. “If someone does not turn in an A.R.-15 or A.K.-47, one of these weapons of war or brings it out in public and brandishes it in an attempt to intimidate, as we saw when we were at Kent State recently, then that weapon will be taken from them,” he said. “If they persist, there will be other consequences from law enforcement. But the expectation is that Americans will follow the law."
The Second Amendment is the law, Mt. O’Rourke, and just which part of “shall not be infringed” did you not understand. There is no asterisk at the end of the Second Amendment. Yet you and now soon-to-be-former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would enact your gun grab and take the AR-15 and the hand gun Mitch and Patricia McCloskey “brandished” in their constitutional and lawful defense of their private home in St. Louis in late June 2020 as rioters broke through an iron gate and paraded with their own weapons in front of their housw.

I’m sure you’re right, but I think the gun grabbers will slowly bleed the gun industry to death....rather than try and take guns from people by force.

Your correct. Why it is so hard for the Republicans to grasp the concept that if the Democrats were allowed to steal the 2020 election, they can just as easy steal the 2022 and subsequent elections. But it is.
Pelosi has always seen herself more powerful than even Hillary was.....and often knocked Hillary down a peg or two when Hillary got out of line.
Pelosi doesn’t care what anyone at all thinks of her.....she intends to position this country exactly as she’s worked at for decades before she leaves office.....just as Soros promised.

He was most concerned about implementing the globalist agenda — open borders, outsourcing labor, destroying the American middle class. Being liked by the media and Dems was just gravy. Same goes for McConnell and every other GOPe POS.

When Democrats are in power they arrive ready to drive their agenda no matter what. Look at the speakerships of Dennis Hastert, John Boehner, and Paul Ryan versus Pelosi’s leadership running the House. Ryan in particular was pathetic. Even when out of Power, Pelosi is always on the attack, on every issue, and constantly in the news. When Republicans are out of power they go into hiding.

I agree. The 'rats definitely stick together and get things done. They rammed through Obamacare strictly along party lines. A lot of them were defeated for re-election the following year, but they did it anyway. All we get from the do-nothing GOP is "we don't want to be blamed".

What ammo. I can not find any .357 ammo anywhere except one place that was gouging it for over $2 a round. All other places are out. Something sinister is going on with the ammo supply in this country. A year ago I could buy all I wanted for about 50 cents a round.
