Surviving against all odds in an already Covid-ravaged 2021, the privilege of being in business now relies on a business operator’s willingness to declare—publicly declare—that the outcome of the 2020 election was legit.
In order to survive, business operators must ‘cry uncle’ to former federal prosecutor, now NBC News and MSNBC analyst Glenn Kirschner, or make ready to sink their own ships into deep and murky waters.
In other words, repeat in public that the fractious 2020 election was not only legitimate but positively kosher—or join America’s woefully long unemployment lines.

NO PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE. Officials must be able to independently examine the software before, during, and after an election. Anyone who claims proprietary software should be denied a contract.
Voting must be shown to record one man one vote. No proportional or fractional counting.
The voting machine must print a receipt which corresponds to the recorded log. Every receipt timestamped with time, location, corresponding bar code.
Ballot paper must be unique. The size of the paper should be unique so it can't be purchased off the shelf from a office supply store. It can be produced with a watermark, ultraviolet dye, or a thread (as in our paper money) making it nearly impossible to forge. Ballots couldn't be produced on home or office copiers.
Ballots are numbered sequentially and with a bar code. The bar code ensure the vote can only be scanned once.
Logs of voting should be visible via computers in real time and recorded with paper hard copies.
Transparent bipartisan oversight every step of the process without the need for a court to intervene.

Exactly. Almost every one of them sat silent when the election was stolen in front of their eyes.
So now, when they (or Fox News) get wound up over the latest Biden outrage, I just say, shut up. I know about Biden's outrages, including the ones GOP and Fox never wanted to talk about. And I know what GOP and Fox were prepared to do about it, which was precisely nothing.
