JoeBama Turns His Eye of Chaos Toward The Supreme Court

Leftist ideologues from the Chicago school have a typical playbook they pull from.  One of their strategies is to flood the zone of politics to create chaos that allows them to act under cover of the distracted nature of their plan.  JoeBama turning his eye toward the Supreme Court while pushing COVID crisis, the Border crisis, promoting infrastructure and simultaneously advancing on the filibuster rule is classic Chicago, aka Alinsky.

The deployment of a commission to study reform in the Supreme Court, while simultaneously having a plan to install Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson (50) to replace Justice Stephen Bryer, now 82-years-old, is all part of that chaos approach.

The existence of the commission -and the potential recommendation to pack the court with additional voices- has another benefit; it can be viewed by the existing court as a threat to retain the status quo…. or else.  The leftists will use the commission to mold the courts decisions. Chicago is often subtle as a brick through a window.

WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden signed an executive order on Friday empaneling a commission to examine possible reforms to the Supreme Court and federal judiciary, making good on a campaign trail promise sparked by his predecessor’s tilting of the federal bench.

I personally do not feel any gun acquisition I could make under the Brady Act of Charles Schumer and Joseph R. Biden would be secure to Amendment IV requirements. These people are known to hate us “Neanderthals” and our Amendment II gun bearing and Amendment IV secure gun possession rights. Their oft-repeated public statements calling for 100% of gun buyer identities to be collected by the government (needed to enable a gun registration system to be perfected and a comprehensive subsequent gun confiscation made in violation of the Bill of Rights) and their Brady Act-related actions mark Biden and Schumer as being in rebellion to our Constitution.

Since the federal court system has well-established Amendment XIV Section 1 enforcement power, I further believe that the federal court system should be able to decide if and when government officers such as Biden and Schumer have been in Amendment XIV Section 3 “rebellion” against the Constitution of the United States.

Biden’s anti-Amendment IV Brady Act vote should be considered in the light of his Amendment II despising public statements, his renowned Supreme Court-packing inclination and his overbearing Supreme Court “reform” commission creation.

This is all about satisfying the base giving the impression they are doing something and putting the fear in the current Supreme court to not make any significant rulings.

Sadly, this is not unprecedented. FDR tried to pack SCOTUS in the 1930s, only to find his party slap down the idea with a heavy hand.

FDR lost the battle but won the WAR. The pre-Roosevelt Supreme Court (Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes) was Constitutionalist and followed legal precedence to a very large degree. By the 1940s, FDR had put 'his' advocates in their place, having US Senate control his entire Presidency, always by 10+ Senators.

Biden's Commission is to move the goalposts to suit the LEFT. This is another WAR and their intent is to emasculate the opposition PERMANENTLY!

Ummm, as I read it, the Court simply caved, and there was no need for packing. Reading the decisions by the conservative side of the Court, it seems really clear that half of the justices suddenly switched sides after the 1937 Court Packing plan was announced... and just as clearly, everything FDR wanted was never struck down by SCOTUS again.

Among the more egregious decisions in the aftermath was Wickard v Filburn, which essentially declared that the Federal government can control anything they want, even if it never enters interstate commerce. (An Ohio farmer grew wheat to feed to his own livestock, never even leaving to use local roads, but DC demanded control over his production, and so SCOTUS obediently declared that, "in the aggregate, across the country, it could affect interstate commerce" and therefore DC could control that individual farmer.) Basically the death of the Tenth Amendment, and the Commerce Clause.
