Of all of the ignorant takes after the police shooting of Daunte Wright, who resisted arrest in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, the most ridiculous may have come from Michigan Democrat Rep. Rashida Tlaib.
The representative used the shooting of the 20-year-old to call for an end to policing which is, likely but it is tough to tell with all of the insane things Democrats often say, the most asinine thing we have ever heard.
Well, then, we’ll just take matters into our own hands to defend ourselves.
The left will be begging for police protection when it comes home to them.
She might have a point.
Just execute all violent criminals on the spot.

I appreciate you replying to posts and posting from more than one source. But you CAN post more than a sentence or two from a blog. Especially when the blog is completely cut-and-pasted from other sources and not original. That way, your post isn’t “clickbait.” Besides, the blog has a lot of popovers that make reading a chore. (I don’t want to hear from FReepers bragging about their cybercondoms that allow them to swim in cybersewage, either). :-)

The representative used the shooting of the 20-year-old to call for an end to policing which is, likely but it is tough to tell with all of the insane things Democrats often say, the most asinine thing we have ever heard, The Washington Examiner reported.
“It wasn’t an accident. Policing in our country is inherently & intentionally racist,” the representative said. “Daunte Wright was met with aggression & violence. I am done with those who condone government-funded murder. No more policing, incarceration, and militarization. It can’t be reformed.”

Tlaib sent the tweet as people gathered for a second night of protests in Brooklyn Center in response to the fatal police shooting of Wright, 20, during a traffic stop. The officer who shot and killed Wright, identified by police as Kim Potter, shot her handgun when she meant to use a Taser in what authorities have dubbed an “accidental” shooting.
Following the death of George Floyd last summer, Tlaib announced her support for legislation called the BREATHE Act. The bill, which has yet to be introduced, would divest federal money from federal law enforcement entities, close federal detention centers, and incentivize the closure of state prisons, among a host of other things, according to the project’s website.
“We must invest in a new vision of public safety,” she said in a tweet on July 7. “Today, I am proud to join the calls coming out of one of the largest movements for justice that my district and our country have ever seen to say unapologetically: I support the #BREATHEAct.”

Former Congressional candidate Kimberly Klacik, a black conservative woman, had a tough translation for Rep. Tlaib’s tweet.
“Another way to say I can afford to live in a completely safe neighborhood & I don’t care about those who can not afford to move,” she said.

But Tlaib was not the only one with a ridiculous idea on how to stop police shootings. New York Congressman Rep. Jamaal Bowman got in on the act too.
“An ‘accidental discharge’ that kills someone has another name: manslaughter. We don’t need police with lethal weapons carrying out routine traffic stops. Re-allocate police funding to unarmed traffic forces to remove even the possibility of state-sanctioned manslaughter,” he said in a tweet.

Considering the dangers officers face during traffic stops this idea would likely get many officers killed.
New Mexico State Police Officer Darian Jarrott pulled over drug dealer Omar Felix Cueva on February 4 and was subsequently executed by him, Yahoo News reported.
The officer did not have his gun drawn, but the drug dealer did and the officer paid for it with his life.
Jarrott reportedly saw a weapon inside the truck as Cueva stepped out and asked him to remove it “for my safety?” Cueva, 39, who has a “violent criminal history,” including drug charges, hid his AR-15 style rifle from Jarrott’s view as he emerged out of and began firing at the officer.
In the footage, Jarrott can be heard yelling “Oh, sh–!” and fell to the ground after being struck. Cueva then ran over and fire more rounds including one point-blank range to the back of his head and fled the scene. A Homeland Security Investigations agent arrived at the scene shortly after Cueva fled and alerted dispatch that Jarrott was injured, according to Fox News.

And on Monday three Georgia police officers were shot in another traffic stop that became a chase, ABC News reported.

A Georgia State Patrol trooper clocked a Nissan Sentra going 111 mph (179 kph) on Interstate 20 and initiated a traffic stop around 3:30 a.m., Georgia State Patrol Capt. Brandon Dawson said. The driver initially stopped but took off again as the trooper approached the back of the car.
Better idea. Cut off all funding for DemocRATs.

Does no policing mean universal constitutional carry?
Does it mean no mask mandates anywhere?
Does it mean no more laws regarding mis-pronouning anyone?
Does it mean you can use any straw you want?
