In the photo's I've seen...She appears to have been well fed for 16 years...not a bit healthy for a young child..as Joe Biden referred to her....A CHILD at 16...smh.
The mother is out for a ‘pay out’ and it has to be more than $27 million that the Floyd family got...smh again...
