“Suburbia will be no longer as we know it,” President Donald Trump warned on the campaign trail. He told voters that Biden wanted to get rid of single-family zoning, laws which require that only typical suburbia homes may be built in residential areas, which he warned would bring “who knows into your suburbs, so your communities will be unsafe and your housing values will go down.”
Now, it seems, Joe Biden is proving him correct. In a White House issued ‘fact sheet’ for Biden’s radical infrastructure bill, he “calls on Congress to enact an innovative, new competitive grant program that awards flexible and attractive funding to jurisdictions that take concrete steps to eliminate such needless barriers to producing affordable housing.” Many believe this suggests Biden wants Section 8 Housing in suburbs nationwide, fundamentally changing the concept of suburbs.
Biden advocated for eliminating “exclusionary zoning” on the campaign trail last year, in the name of reducing racial inequity. Among other promises to institute and re-institute anti-suburban policies, Biden vowed he would “invest $300 million in Local Housing Policy Grants to give states and localities the technical assistance and planning support they need to eliminate exclusionary zoning policies and other local regulations.”

This sort of stuff going on in the Seattle megalopolis where I lived is one of the things that motivated me to move from the Seattle suburbs to rural Kentucky. The government really tends to leave us alone out there, at least for the foreseeable future.

Blue suburbs in blue states voted for it. Now they can enjoy it. When they flee after cutting their losses on their real estate market values, I just don’t want them fleeing to red suburbs and bringing their stink with them.
This is their holy grail. It’s more important to them than forcing us to use the “right” pronouns, reparations, giving the chicoms control over our economy, giving the iranians their nuclear bomb, preventing Whitey from getting a job, and blaming Whitey for all the evils in the country.
They are planning to bring the violent, dysfunctional, dependent, angry, low-IQ reptilian brain subclass that they have created into the suburbs. There will be no escape then. No place to go where your daughters won’t get raped at school, where your sons won’t be knifed, where your cars won’t get stolen. You will hear rap “music” loudly blasting near your bedroom and you have to sleep to go to work to earn money that goes to support your new neighbors in their lifestyle and who don’t have to get up to go to work because you’re paying their rent, their iphone, their groceries, and their crack.
I ranted without end about their plan to eliminate Whitey, after taking all his money. I know these people and what they are going to do.
Problem is ,I’m willing to bet Hispanics get along better with the whites than any black who moves into their neighborhood....Blacks just don;t see,they will be pushed aside in this glorious new country.....

This is NOT an issue of 'white' suburbs. It is an issue of regions of domicile with shared values,
regions developed for people who work for their property, civility and conviviality.
The Democrats want to spread criminality, gangs, and thug culture to those neighborhoods that have striven
to keep such malfeasance at bay.
White isn’t a skin color anymore, it’s about culture.

The suburbs are where Republican voters live. Of course they live in rural areas as well but the raw numbers favor the ‘burbs.
