Ya can’t make it up. Here – right here – is then-President Trump accusing then-former Secretary of State John Kerry of violating the Logan Act:
The Logan Act, to remind, was passed in the long-ago dawn of the Republic in 1799 – when John Adams was busy being the second President of the United States! To crib from Wikipedia, the Logan Act “criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government’s position.” Violation of the Logan Act is a felony.
The Logan Act has been rarely used in American history. Yet it was in the news not that long ago that Democrats were demanding the Logan Act be invoked against then-President-elect Trump’s incoming national security adviser General Michael Flynn.
Recall that the accusation against Flynn revolved around his conversation with the Russian Ambassador – a conversation well within his rights as he was the named if not yet installed National Security adviser to the incoming president. There was nothing in the least wrong, much less illegal, about this. Way back in 1976, then ex-Georgia Governor Jimmy Carter, then the new Democratic presidential nominee, dispatched the longtime statesman and Democrat, Ambassador Averill Harriman, to the Soviet Union for talks with President Leonid Brezhnev. No one blinked.
But in 2017, 17 House Democrats on the Oversight and Government Reform committee demanded that because General Flynn “secretly discussed with the Russian ambassador, in possible violation of the Logan Act, sanctions imposed by President Obama” Flynn should be investigated and prosecuted.

Kerry has a long history of negotiating with America’s enemies AGAINST numerous current (republican) administrations:
With North Vietnam/USSR in Paris.
With Nicaragua against Reagan.
With Mexico, China, Russia against Bush.
With Iran against Trump. (Earlier, with Iran and Iraq against Bush 2)
And now, with the IPCC against the US policies on global warming that promote American economic collapse.

In summer and fall of 2008, weeks before the election Senator Obama went to Iraq and told them not to sign a status of forces agreement with Bush because he expected to be elected in November and would undo it.
Nobody much mentions that.

If anybody should be prosecuted for the Logan act violation, it must be Kerry. He is the clear example, why this was enacted.
They should invalidate his passport permanently, and put him on the no fly list. If anybody needs it, it’s him.

Biden administration officials, including John Kerry and Robert Malley, had meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif during the Trump administration that were orchestrated to undermine President Biden's predecessor, a recent report from The Washington Times claimed.
Zarif held meetings with Obama administration veterans who could return to power "to devise a political strategy to undermine the Trump administration" and usher in softer diplomacy between the U.S. and Iran.

On 12 September 2016, a Daily Caller report appeared detailing claims that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry “funneled” millions of taxpayer dollars from the Department of State through the Peace Corps into a nonprofit foundation headed by his daughter, Dr. Vanessa Kerry:
More than $9 million of Obama’s Department of State money has been funneled through the Peace Corps to a nonprofit foundation started and run by Secretary of State John Kerry’s daughter, documents obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation show.
Obama’s Department of State funded a Peace Corps program created by Dr. Vanessa Kerry and officials from both agencies, records show. The Peace Corps then awarded the money without competition to a nonprofit Kerry created for the program.
Vanessa Kerry, 39, is Secretary Kerry’s younger daughter. After graduating from Harvard Medical School, she completed her residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, where she now works as a critical care physician. Kerry also serves as the director of the Program in Global Public Policy and Social Change at Harvard Medical School, and as CEO of the nonprofit organization she helped conceive and launch in 2011, Seed Global Health (initially known as the Global Health Service Corps).
The organization recruits and provides financial assistance to volunteer health professionals who train medical workers in less developed countries, under the aegis of the Global Health Service Partnership (GHSP), a joint project of the Peace Corps Response program, the Presidents’ Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), and Seed Global. The partnership sent 72 volunteers to three African countries in 2012 and 2013, according to Dr. Kerry, where they trained roughly 7,200 doctors, nurses, and midwives.
The article before us lays out a case for questioning the ethical propriety of Seed Global Health’s funding, without competitive bidding, by federal agencies overseen by Dr. Kerry’s father:
Initially, the Peace Corps awarded Kerry’s group — now called Seed Global Health — with a three-year contract worth $2 million of State Department money on Sept. 10, 2012, documents show. Her father was then the chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, which oversees both the Department of State and the Peace Corps.
Seed secured a four-year extension in September 2015, again without competition. This time, the Peace Corps gave the nonprofit $6.4 million provided by Obama’s Department of State while John Kerry was secretary of state.

And here, Kerry’s daughter get 9 million in US official funds to “her” foundation. And nobody in Washington cares!
