Not long after Joe Biden claimed the crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border is "under control," new data reveals that Biden could not be further from the truth.
Chief Patrol Chief Chris Clem tweeted that the Yuma Sector, which stretches across Arizona’s border with Mexico, apprehended over 1,600 illegal immigrants over the weekend.
And that is just at one major border sector. There are dozens more.

I don’t think the any governmental admin is that knee jerk reactive to orders from on high. Attorneys for OGA’s have to get together, to start the process and come to an agreement or arrangement, HRM has to change billeting, pesonnel funding changes folter through OPM. Skillsets have to be identified and hired for, PLUS all kinds of organizational machinations that take a few years - maybe until the end of any particular Administration to fully implement.

I think it's reasonable to assume that (at least) another 1,600 got through without being caught. That would mean 83,200 per year just in that one sector. The article says there are dozens (plural) of other sectors. Suppose there's just 2 dozen other sectors, that would be 1,996,800 per year getting through.
