A disabled Army veteran was attacked in a grocery store parking lot in Louisville on Mother’s Day after a group of four black women called her a “white bitch.”
A Kentucky court will now have to decide if the attack was a hate crime — which it very clearly appears to be.
The victim, Pamela Ahlstedt-Brown, told WAVE 3 News that she was leaving a Kroger and was parked in a handicapped space near the entrance. When she started to back out of the space, she said she noticed another vehicle behind her, blocking her in.
“I get out and I say, ‘Do you guys need any help?’ and she said, ‘F*** you, you white b****.’ I said, ‘Hold on, you don’t even know me,’” Brown said. “I said, ‘That’s fine. If you don’t need anything, that’s fine. I’ll get back in the car.’”
The four black women who were in the car proceeded to throw something from a cup at her before they all began mob assaulting her.
“I mean, they were beating me, and I was in a fetal position, covering my face, making sure they didn’t get my eyes,” she said.
Her nose was broken before the attack was stopped by witnesses.

Imagine, a jury in Louisville handling this case? Imagine the pressure on a Judge to not accept this as a hate crime?

Always. Always. Carry!!! Kentucky is said to be “the south”. In fact, it is anything but. Kentucky is as much a part of the Liberal North as any north state you can name.
I would not want to be the Judge. This is in Louisville, Kentucky.
That depends upon what part of Kentucky you are in. Some areas things are solved at the local level. Enough said.
The cities like Louisville are not that way.

I don’t think the distinction you make is as clear cut as you make it sound when Republicans lIke John Cornyn who is a product of the South, born and grown up in Texas, is making common cause with Leftists on diminishing the right of Americans to carry and defend themselves from this kind of thing.

Really? Kentucky and Antifa have been in the news almost as much as any traditional Liberal State. The thing that is missing from Kentucky, a supposed “southern conservative” state is any reports of organized pushback. In fact, there have been no reports of any real organized pushback to Antifa/BLM in Kentucky whatsoever. None. Zero. Zilch. Nada.

Geographically you may be correct. That said, if you talk to people from Kentucky, they will insist they are southerners. I’ve never met one person from Kentucky that did not assert their southernness. Ever.
That said, they do not act like southerners. They do not vote like southerners. They act like northern Liberals and a great many vote lie northern liberals. If most Kentucky residence moved south they would be rejected as southerners.

You are correct. For some reason people from Kentucky like to claim that they are from the south, but they do not have a southern culture. They are similar to West Virginia not really a Midwest state although it borders Ohio and not a southern state although it borders Virginia. Kind of a mix of culture since they border both Midwest and southern states.
