Using a bad photoshop doesn’t really bolster the rep of Gateway Pundit. If you look at 1:22 of the 2:10 video, it clearly shows the interior of the cab, and that there is no second wheel.

I am in no way defending GP because they are nothing but clickbait national enquirer wannabes, but what video are you referring too? The video on GP is only 45 seconds long.
