MI law is as hard on a person who knowingly makes a false report of a terrorist as it is on the terrorist.
Think about that. He has had many false reports leveled against him by known people with known malice and not one action was taken against the malicious.
That tells you all you need to know about the DA in that town.

Really pathetic. Just curious, when did terroristic threat laws come into existence? It seems that “any” real threat would fall under a different and long existing statute. We got along fine for a couple hundred years before things went this far south. Now any snowflake that detects a microaggression can claim a terroristic threat. It’s the damn snowflakes that are the treat to our nation.
Never, ever, talk to the police.
However, if he wins his appeal, the case for him filing a whopper of a lawsuit is strong. And truthfully, Type 1 can so screw up your life that getting several hundred thousand dollars can be a major assist.
Never talk to police especially if you’re the target of an investigation. If you’re not sure, you need to ask. If the answer is yes, definitely don’t talk.
The days of trusting the police are over. Unlike in the past, much if not most of the police lack respect for constitutional and due process right, often they gave an anti Christian worldview.

However, by 1932, it became plague-like with many millions of serfs being summarily executed or shipped to Siberia from 1932-to-1939...
