U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Gun rights activists across the nation are mobilizing a last-ditch effort to derail the nomination of David Chipman—the former federal agent-turned-gun control advocate and senior advisor to the gun prohibition lobby—to head the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on Chipman’s nomination Thursday. Gun Owners of America (GOA) has prepared an online way to contact members of the Senate Committee and your own senators if they are not members of the committee here.

Just responded to GOA to send letters to our two useless senators. Neither one does a thing without Harry Reid endorsement. 😕😱💰
Chipman has looked about as bad in hearings as any nominee for any position I have ever seen. I thought Elena Kagan was as bad as it could get. This guy was even worse. GOP leadership had better pull out all the stops. Not only is he completely contrary to the will of the people, he’s an evil and stupid person. His evil was on display in Waco, his stupidity was quite clear in the hearings. Do we have political representation or not? I guess we will see, but I’m not hopeful.
Agree.
Mr. David Chipman needs to be thrown out of government for publicly stating that his intent as a government employee is to NOT support and defend the Constitution.
David Chipman cannot take the oath to be a new BATFE recruit much less BATFE director. His oath would be a lie and his paycheck would be collected under fraudulent terms.
Flimsey Grahamnesty wants Senile Joe to have whoever he wants.
Chipman is truly a Communist who wishes to disarm Americans.
