SHOW LOW, Ariz. - Seven people have been critically injured after being run over by a truck in Show Low, officials confirmed Saturday morning.
Police say a black Ford truck had hit multiple bicyclists in front of the Horne Auto Collision Center during the city's Bike the Bluff road race.
Paramedics transported six people to a local hospital. Four of them are in critical condition, and the other two are critically injured but are in stable condition, police said.
One other bicyclist was airlifted to a hospital in the Phoenix metro area for treatment.

What could have possibly crushed the passenger side roof, with the truck looking like it did not roll? It wasn’t the bicyclists.
I have been a bicyclist, I have participated in this kind of organized rides. Lots of publicity about bicyclists on road, signage (electronic and otherwise) saying bicycle event on this date and to drive carefully! Seeing this reminds me of a ride I did 10+ years back where a ¿BLACK? pickup drifted[?] inches away from a line of riders ahead of me, hugging the righthand side of the road! There but for the Grace of G-d!
