Really..... all Dominion machines were connected to the interweb for “The Great Steal”. Guilty parties are pretty much all Rats and Rinos up to and including the USSC.
One way to possibly tell if the machines were connected to the internet would be to check the router records. Unfortunately no one can seem to find the password to gain access to those. Honest!
